The actress was noticed by a talent agency who recognized her potential and then convinced her to take on to work in the field of entertainment. The university she attended dropped her after much thought to pursue a career in entertainment. Following a disappointment with her performance in the film, she decided to make her debut in Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. To show her skills her worth, she appeared in several low-budget productions to develop her acting. This was no straightforward path for the actor however, her determination and patience earned her acclaim. After her success in Training Day, her career as an actor took off. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast 2 Furious, Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
