Aleesha Young is establishing herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha was a member of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers participated in various sports, including ice hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting interested in bodybuilding when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014, after winning the NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. The first time she competed professionally included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 she had her most impressive WOS rising-phoenix show in which she finished fourth. The "World's strongest mom" has been taking a wellness break.
